The taste of the latte was very good but I did not enjoy the texture of the boba. This boba does not have the chew factor that I find so delightful with traditional boba pearls. I would rather just have a real boba drink as a treat when I crave it.

Shipped very quickly and packaged very well. The straws were a nice add, but I wouldn't mind not having them to reduce waste even more.

Shipping was fast, communication was great. Wish it either didn’t come with straws or plastic (even bioplastic) straws instead of paper straws - I’m not a fan of paper straws for most use cases because there’s a weird taste and it starts to disintegrate.
