I got a notification on February 8th that my order had shipped but as of February 16th I haven't received it.

I bought a new dishwasher and decided to try this detergent. With no scum or soap build up in the new washing machine I still say this product is a disappointment. I was so hopeful that I bought and large supply . The dishes have a film on them and the results are not what was promised . Going back to my expensive brand that works so much better darn it.

I really thought our beloved 1968 KitchenAid dishwasher was losing its moxie. I even replaced the washarm seal, which restored the force of the big blast of water in there but still, kind of disappointing. These old machines work quickly and intensely so enzyme detergents really have no time to work. Enter… Bubble Bandit. OMG. Exceptional! I'm seeing dishes and glassware coming out crystal clear like I remember they did decades ago. It's the same dishwasher so I am 100% certain the Bubble Bandit works like the best detergents of yesteryear. Actually better since I don't have to use a rinse aid at all. Bubble Bandit takes care if it all. I'm delighted I found it! P.S. The results are so gratifying that I've been going through the cabinets and rewashing every last piece of dishwear and glasswear we have squirreled away. Everything just gleams again!

Their products really work better than anything else I have tried and wonderful customer service.
