I used to get samples when I made purchases, now I don’t receive any at all. This is very disappointing especially when I choose to spend my money at your store rather than somewhere else. It’s frustrating when I want to use my points I can never fo do without speaking to an agent. I try to claim them but it’s never valid without getting approval.
