Excellent service, delivery was smooth and tracking accurate. Shipment was initially delayed due to Black Friday sale and the high volume of orders but it was communicated via email so I had absolutely nothing to worry about!

Service is excellent

I didn’t receive any information to tell me the product had been delivered. It was delivered to the wrong address and froze. Someone from blocks away eventually brought it but the packaging was damaged and leaking.

Love getting my Zo products here. I really like that I can get my favourite skin care at a little bit of a discount and I also receive some samples along with my products which is very nice. J'aime beaucoup votre boutique car les produits sont vraiment très bien. La seule chose que je déplore c'est que presque toutes vos publications sur Facebook ou Instagram sont en anglais. Je trouve dommage de ne pas comprendre toutes les informations que vous donnez car mon anglais est de base. Je fais ce commentaire dans un but constructif car je suis certaine que je ne suis pas la seule dans cette situation. Merci!
