Shipping was excellent!! I ordered the gloves for a friend and he said to order LARGE. When I got them, he said they were too small so I ordered EXTRA LARGE. Returning and exchanging were SIMPLE via the computer. I have baby blue on backorder. I was worried that the exchange would be slow but it was SUPER FAST. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
