Bought a number of items in the Brora sale. The blouse I ordered was larger than I expected, so I then ordered a smaller size to compare. I was worried about missing the return window, so I telephoned to explain my predicament and spoke to a really pleasant and helpful member of staff, who made a note that I needed a bit of extra time to compare sizes. This was a great relief, as Brora were very busy and orders were taking time to be sent. Beautiful fabrics, quality workmanship and excellent service! (And yes, the smaller size was perfect!)

I enjoyed browsing the website and found ordering very straightforward . My order was delivered quickly and was beautifully packaged. The items I ordered were good quality and as described. Unfortunately, due to sizing, I needed to return a couple of items, but the returns process was very straightforward and I received my refund promptly. Communication from the company was excellent.
