Postage is pretty expensive and the box was really battered to the point if I needed to return the sandals not sure you would have accepted them. They arrived quickly.

My experience of shopping with Brora has always been excellent. Customer services are very quick to respond, items are delivered very quickly, and refunds are processed relatively quickly. (My only gripe is the high postage for delivery - you need to spend over £250 to be eligible for free p&p or you can send it to the shop for free).
