Hands down this the best jerky commercially available. It has no sugar or chemicals and is tender and flavorful. It is a craft product on par with homemade. Highly recommended to real jerky lovers.

Biltong is the best snacking choice. I take some when I fly instead of eating airline carb snacks. It works great w my paleo diet. Whenever I get a craving I reach for a piece of biltong instead of junk food. Chuck

I have tried a bunch of jerkies and this is the best. It is very flavorful and tender.

I'm a huge beef jerky fan. I've been a part of several monthly plans, where they find fantastic local jerkies and anytime I see a new jerky in any store I'll pick one or a few up. Since joining Brooklyn Biltong though, that's all fallen aside. I don't have any needs outside of this now. No sugar and grass fed beef are both huge for me! All of flavors are wonderful too, and the newest Joburg Steakhouse is the best to me.

I can't express how much I love Brooklyn Biltong! It's the perfect healthy snack to hold you over between lunch and dinner; it's great to snack on before or after a workout, and anything in between. I highly recommend Brooklyn Biltong!

We've never much liked American style jerky, and we've always been biltong fans, having South African friends. To our great surprise and delight, we found this at World Market, then ordered more directly from Brooklyn Biltong after snarfing the whole bag before leaving the parking lot. Sadly, the gift bags we purchased for people never made it to them, (oops) and we now have to order even more. Damn. From a flavour perspective, I adore the Jo'Berg Steakhouse. It's got some nice peppery tones, just like a good SA steak. The texture of all flavours are great - properly tender, not chewy and greasy but also dried enough to maintain a nice meaty flake. It isn't sweet at all, which I LOVE. It is the real deal, America. Enjoy.
