I was struggling to colour match a kids tie to one my partner already had and Matthew was so helpful in helping me make my choice. The tie was then sent out immediately and we were all set! We ordered a couple of different colour ties with the intention of colour matching to bridesmaid dresses, then exchanging and ordering more for our wedding. Great customer service from Matthew. Quick to reply to our queries, he kept us in the loop with our slightly complicated returns/exchanges and they were quick to ship them too. The ties are really nice too.

Great service, great products and great value

We have been trying to decide on colours for our upcoming wedding and ordered some swatches. These came with a handwritten note. We decided on “Copper” for ties and pocket squares and they are excellent! Lovely quality and finish to the ties (especially the lining) and detail of the tag on the pocket square. The handwritten note was a lovely touch. Thanks!! Looking forward to seeing them on the day now.
