I chose the ‘rush order’ option as I had left it a little late organising a veil, and Britten delivered exactly as advised. The communication was excellent, and I was kept updated during the process so I knew exactly when my veil was being dispatched. The tulle and lace samples in different shade colours have been so helpful in choosing the bespoke veil we are having made, beautifully labelled with their handwritten description for each one, any questions and queries are answered promptly with expert advice. I will definitely be using Britten weddings again next year.

Great service

I (from the US)ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace and three months later I finally received them. I wanted the chain extended and my questions and specifications were handled quickly and accurately. However, I most likely entered the wrong shipping address and the shipment was returned to the UK. I emailed back and forth with Sarah at Britten many times as she tried to tracked down the package. After finding that it had been lost she quickly shipped a new set complete with customization. The whole mess was very unfortunate, but fortunately Britten’s service was wonderful and I ultimately received exactly what I wanted. And the earrings and necklace are wonderful also.
