Sent the same day I ordered it and the product was in working order and exactly as described but was sent uses and took over a week to receive. They should be using UPS or FedEx.

I received a Marshall gold logo in the mail. After opening the package to gold was flaking off almost immediately. I have requested a refund however I am still waiting to see if British audio will honour my request.

Item arrived quickly and in good order, I would definitely order more item for my repair shop.
