I bought 3 shirts and am very pleased with the products. After placing the order, I was contacted to provide more info and the team made some recommendations based on their experience. What I loved is: I asked if 1 shirt could be made 1st to evaluate the fit before the 2 others were done. The team agreed which made me feel safe about my order. The 1st shirt came too big, but after I shared my feedback, I was asked for more info and pictures. I provided body measurements and measurements of other shirts I wear (and like to fit) for guidance. I returned the 1st shirt (at no charge) and it was adjusted. Once I received the adjusted shirt, I was very satisfied with the cut and then Brisk proceeded with the other 2. In the end, the team took the time to do things well and the fit is perfect! Despite all this, there was no extra cost for all the adjustments and extra packages shipped. The material is good and I love the different options you can pick from. Highly recommended for the service, the wide range of options and the ability to really tailor perfectly to your taste if you communicate your requirements.
