Our dog loves it!

I waited four months before writing this review. I have a small Havanese dog who had frequent stomach upsets for several years, including stomach discomfort, occasional vomiting and soft stools. She lost a bit of weight because she was skipping meals from time to time. Several years ago she was diagnosed with gastroenteritis and was placed on a special GI dog food available only through the vet. Recently, we decided to try Dr. Marty’s Nature blend and I’m happy to report that she has been eating regularly these past four months with no stomach issues. Because it is expensive, we used it has a topper (half and half) mixture with her other food until it was used up. We’re now trying to find another cost-effective, oven baked alternate to the other half of her food, since the original Brand name GI food is made up of by-products and other fillers. I still wish there were a better and more cost-effective way to feed her due to pricing of Dr. Marty's food.
