Whilst the original delivery must’ve been dropped by the delivery company, this was not the fault of Brindisa. Their service is impeccable and they replaced the damage items. Immediately wrapping them to a ensuring prompt delivery

Great products - great service

Pleased with the gift box contents and delivery and value for money. I was disappointed that the gift greeting message was just printed on the returns piece of A4 paper rather than on a piece of nice card that could have been inserted into the gift box. Would have been a significantly better gifting experience given than the box the products came in was fairly average (brown cardboard box rather than something more snazzy).
