I love when a company is actual people who have your best interest at heart and know what they are doing. Every time I interact with the Bright Tangerine team this has consistently been my take away. I am just really impressed that a company whose products are the Rolls Royce of the film industry is made up of nice kind people.

It is just very difficult to find any reason to buy your competitor's products.

I did not find the material for the pad to be that comfortable. It was too “grippy” and rigid causing it to pull on skin under my shirt. Maybe it needs more time to break in. I prefer it for the handgrips. The wide width is a great design to spread the pressure on the shoulder and the sliding mechanism is also spot on for precise balancing. I plan on swapping out the material for a softer cushier pad. I’m still a fan of the overall system which is by far one of the best universal options on the market. Every owner/operator should have this in the kit, especially if you change camera systems often on various productions.

Bud base is very good

The KASBAH handgrip is of excellent quality, and I am very satisfied with it. Previously, I used TILTA's Quick Release Handgrip Bridge and the 8Sinn Dual Side Grip, and while the KASBAH handgrip is a bit more expensive, the difference in quality compared to cheaper handgrips is immediately apparent. Additionally, the shipping speed was very quick. It was frustrating that it took about a week for ZACUTO's official site to ship their products.
