I had to exchange a piece of my order due to needing a different size and the process was so easy. The customer service email was very helpful and super kind with helping with the exchange. In regards to shipping, my order shipped the same day I ordered it and got to me very fast considering it was international. All around I had a great experience with this website and would definitely buy from them again since it was so flawless!
