Fantastic customer service and super speedy delivery!

This coffee has been an absolute treat to experience, and the team at Brightside Coffee supplying fresh small batch green beens is already a treat in itself! Was excited to get these Ethiopian Terbe greens into the roaster and see what came out. It did not disappoint. There's some variation in grading, which resulted in a slight uneven roast in parts - but it adds to the textural experience of this bean. It's bright, sweet, and smells like ripe fruit in the cup. Hints of green tea and citrus meet stone fruit - what's not to enjoy! Will take the next batch slightly deeper and experiment further, but overall a very impressive experience and I'm excited to see what is offered in the future.

Full disclosure, I'm not usually a coffee drinker. BUT this I had one of these and I really really enjoyed it! My husband, who is a big time coffee drinker, also said they tasted robust and creamy.

An excellent example of a Guji Ethiopian. A nice balance of sweetness and acidity as both immersion and percolation brews. This is one I keep going back to for more.
