Perfect experience as always :)

I have ordered quite a few sets from Lou and co over the years. They are always exquisitely made and last so well. Lou has always been very helpful ensuring I get the right shape and sizes. A great small business with sustainability and quality at the core.

Exquisite hand made lacies. Thank you.

Super fast shipping, beautifully packaged

thank you

My wife bought these for me and she was delighted to find a company that supported her values and made great knickers for a fussy customer 😆

Made to measure, well designed and good delivery time. Happy customer.

Very quick delivery and excellent communication.

Such a beautiful set, comfortable, made local to me (I live in Brighton), and crafted using sustainable and ethical lace. I can't wait to wear this set for my wedding this summer!

Really lovely service. Quick to respond. My husband bought me vouchers for my birthday, and I have been particularly impressed with the service as I normally don't buy clothes online. Thanks for making the experience pain free. Lovely underwear. Great quality. Very special.

Just very nice people to deal with. . . the garments are beautifully made and out of sublime materials. . . .

I treated myself to this because I loved the cheery orange colour. I haven’t worn it yet but I think it’ll brighten up the current grey days a treat!

Thank you as always! :) <3

A treat to deal with such a great team. Always ready to help with getting the size right. Everything beautifully made.

BrightonLace always put the utmost care in every step and it’s a pleasure to order.

Excellent! Great experience! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Great shop

Great quality and beautiful pieces! Friendly staff Prompt communication

Very good customer service. I would perhaps have liked clearer informations on additional customs fees before buying but otherweise all was perfect.
