Ordering process was fine except for the very high minimum order to obtain free shipping. I bought 3 pair of compression knee highs and was charged sales tax on one pair. In my state there is a no sales tax on clothing. I have purchase many pair of compression stockings in my 25 years here and have never paid sales tax on any. I did call about this and talked with an extremely nice customer service rep but we didn't come to a resolution; it's up to BrightLife to figure that out. Just 2 stars for you.

I received it in great condition and in a timely manner.

One package is unopened, would like to return it. The other was tried twice but will keep them if not allowed to return.
