I've been using Brightlife for 5 years. Anytime I have trouble ordering on the internet, I call Customer Service. Everyone has helped me, did not make me feel inadequate, and are super polite. I recently ordered a wrong style compression glove. My mistake!! It was exchanged quickly and easily even though it was months before I realized the error. Good prices and promotions that save me money!!!

It would sure be nice if you could just select previous order. I listened to your AI and measured my calf and of course it ran short. I am done with trying to return stuff. I've kept an old box where I have numbers to even reorder but that does not even work
