the one positive, the taste of was coffee quite good. The brew-in-a-bag idea is deplorable. 1 I wasn't able to get the required amount of boiling water into the bag. 2 I only have 2 hands not 3 but because the bag wouldn't stand up on its own I risked scalding my hands and having the bag fall over and causing a flood 3 Despite taking care I kept ending up with leakage of hot coffee 4 By the time I got the brew into a coffee mug it wasn't as hot as Iike it 5 Rinsing the coffee grounds to make it recyclable was very messy and time-consuming, wasting water in the process. 5 Finally because the bag is a composite of paper and plastic I was not confident of where to put it for recycling. I will reluctantly use up the remaining bags but never again. The box was a gift. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody else

Everything went smooth from order to delivery! Great product!

CHRISTMAS order will disappear, almost no communication by mail (more than 20 mails), hard to get my money back, no compensation or at least an apology. Disappointing 5 close people and me - a total of 6 . The order was made and paid for at the beginning of December. It was difficult and very long time to get my money back - 45 days (the middle of January)! When contacting the manager, I felt that I should be grateful to him for the money back. No explanation as where my parcel is, why it was not sent either before or after Christmas. No apology (just wish me a good day, loser). I don't trust the company. If you want to have trouble - order here. Never ever!

Perfect product for outdoor activities, e. g. mountain biking. Order processing was quick, only delivery via UPS wasn’t quite good because they were unable to find the correct delivery address.

They have a large selection and their coffee is good, but I have had to chase after them about shipments in the past. Last two orders have been much better. Their packaging is still odd. The use resealable bags, but seal them in a way that they can't be re-used. If you are willing to judge them just on their coffee they are a 5.

Hurtig og uproblematisk køb og levering

My partner purchased the Advent Calendar for me for the holiday season, and it was so much fun. The box had a huge variety of coffees from around the world, including locations I wasn't even aware grew coffee! The only drawback was that all of the brewers were medium roast, but even despite that there was a lot of variety. The brewers are convenient and I loved the routine of it. The customer service was also great -- for some reason we were shipped two Advent boxes, and when we informed customer service, they said that we could keep the extra and wished us happy holidays. Overall a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend it! Tons of fun.
