Customer service is very responsive. Their returns process is more manual (via email) than others but it was quick and a pleasure to know that a real human was involved. Dinged one star because they do not offer free returns. But then again, if they did, the price would be higher, I suppose. I wish they reconsidered free returns - perhaps for long time customers.

Disaster delivery. DHL is a horror. Until you use a decent shipping company, no more purchases from me. Almost 20 days to arrive and then i had to pick it up myself. No warning of the delivery date. No email, no sms. Disaster. Don’t shop here. .
