Our church gifted a 6-year old girl with an annual subscription of Brave Books. So far, she is only on her 2nd month of receiving the books but I receive regular notifications letting me know when the book has shipped, is out for delivery, & confirmation that it is delivered. And her grandmother has let our church know that her granddaughter is receiving the books & enjoying them.

I’m very pleased with the customer service and delivery & how they were able to correct my mistake of using the wrong address by accident on my initial order. The texting service is a bit obnoxious with how often I’m receiving the same text multiple times a day,almost every day.
