The shoes we bought were great but the wrong size (my fault), but Brandhouse Direct made the process of returning them and being reimbursed very easy.

Easy to order, fast delivery, very supportive and comfortable shoes

The sizes are good, prompt delivery

Was sceptical as I've bought shoes online before and they have been really bad but these shoe didn't even have to be broken in they were great from the get go. Would definitely buy again

Very happy customer

Shipping was quick and kept up to date.

I received my order promptly and i was very happy with the product- very efficient!

Brandhouse couldn’t do enough for me when my original shoes arrived and were too small for me. So I sent them back and I chose another pair different brand and style and dealt with lovely people who have provided me with my new shoes.

I have now purchased 3 pairs of ladies' shoes, and I am very happy with the sizing and colour true to the photos. The website was easy to navigate to find what I wanted then to place my order and it's all done. Then you wait about 4-5 days and it's time to receive your surprise Yes, your shoes have arrived

Excellent customer service and delivery good range of products to select from.
