It was delivered vacuum-sealed and inside a bowhouse sackbag. My dog loves it so much! Quality materials and plush inserts. So comfy that I even lay on it from time to time. Also, this Grapefruit color suits my dog well. Thanks again, Bow House!

Bowhouse the store was ok. The purchase was seamless. The delivery however, was delayed because the driver of the courier service (Gogo express) encountered traffic. So he placed a note that “the consigned was absent” even if he didn’t attempt a delivery. Not the fault of Bowhouse but I just thought I’d mention it.
