Customer service is great. They patiently answered all my questions, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I get the feeling they use the products regularly and are into it. The product descriptions could be more detailed and show more detailed pictures. Some comparison charts with showing which accessories are compatible with product and compare the products. It was a bit confusing not being familiar with the product names.
