The discovery bundle was a good way to try out the powders. I would recommend all except the ones that included salt in the ingredients as that was somewhat unpleasant. To future customers I would say read the ingredients before buying.

The cacao base of this product makes the mushrooms taste delicious. It is rich & creamy especially paired with oat milk. My desire was to wean off of caffeine, but I wanted to find a hot beverage that I looked forward to drinking since coffee had become a long-standing morning ritual for me. Lastly, and most importantly, I am in menopause and the brain fog is real. I’ve noticed a difference in my cognition by starting my day with longevity mushroom. There’s no mid-morning caffeine crash, or jitters, & this has definitely improved my mental clarity & reduced my anxiety. I love this beverage.

I have an extremely sensitive stomach and this drink settles my tummy right away in the morning everyday!
