Great gin at a great price. Love it

It has been since the black boot era in the Army that I have owned Bates boots. That pair I used and abused in international military endurance competitions until they fell apart. This pair I put to a small test during a three day, constant rain, field training exersice in the PA mountains. So far I love them. Absolutley true to size. Sole is tough, grippy, and flexible. Laces stay tight, no slippage. Waterproofing worked well and feet stayed dry up to the point my socks were so soaked it ran down into the shoes. Very happy with this purchase which is why I bought another pair upon return home.

Works great for my DPMS Kitty Kat. Since the bayonet lug is worthless for attaching a bayonet, it’s nice to be able to utilize it by attaching this pic rail. I use it for attaching a bipod to sight-in my optic and attaching a light if need be. A perfect solution and doesn’t detract from the aesthetics of the firearm.
