We were supposed to receive a case of mixed jelly containing 4 jugs. 2 jugs were damaged upon arrival, so the delivery driver took back the entire case with all 4 jugs. The company then sent us 4 replacement jugs as compensation, but the box was damaged again, and we were still missing 2 jugs from our order. Instead of sending us 2 more jugs to replace the damaged ones from the second shipment, they said their policy only allows for one replacement shipment and issued a refund for the 2 missing jugs—excluding the shipping fee. Now, we have to place a new order for 2 more jugs, which will cost us additional shipping charges and a higher price per bottle. We’ve been ordering from this company for over 3 years, but due to this experience, we will no longer be doing business with them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! They offer a wonderful product at a great price that is shipped fast and packaged to perfection!!!! I’m so grateful for this company and their products!

This was my first time ordering from Bossen, and overall, the experience was positive. Placing the order online was easy, and I appreciated receiving a tracking email with pickup instructions. One suggestion I have is for clearer signage indicating where to pick up my order. I initially went to Bossen, only to be informed that I needed to pick up at the warehouse next door. Now that I understand the company’s logistics, I expect my next purchase to go more smoothly. As for the quality of the HK-style milk tea tea leaf, it was quite good!

The products are great!! Very happy with all I purchase. The pure cane sugar syrup by the gallon is a bit steep. And the shipping is really expensive which is why I gave a 4 star rating but, very happy with the products we purchased & use!💞

Pricing on items are reasonable but if the shipping cost lower that would be awesome! I love their fast shipping and the packaging for shipping was out standing. They really make sure we can receive nice perfect product from them.

As Bossen would be more affordable for our buisness Otherwise. Product is great. Care in shipping is great. Just the cost to ship is prohibitively expensive
