Experiencing the worst customer service. I purchased a few pillows - one for my sister and two for me. Upon arrival, I knew this item was not going to work because I am too tall. I have been trying to return the pillow for weeks and do not get a response from the company. DO NOT order from here if you need to potentially return. You’ll never hear back!
