Great customer service, good quality furniture but dresser arrived damaged twice
The furniture is looking great and seems of good quality. The dresser arrived damaged and Boori had organised collection and a replacement within a week. Unfortunately the 2nd dresser was damaged too although in a less obvious place and less severe. Boori were great at responding to queries and helping us resolve.

Baby's bed screws
I needed to buy some screws for my new upcoming baby's bed, so looking into the regular market I noticed that there's no chances of finding out any right size of them. But in the end, I had to order just from the Boori dedicated company to perfectly have them matched without any troubles. I'm happy that the screw worked & matched without any headache.
