Fantastic kit! I totally love all the products and the price was something I just couldn’t pass up on! Arrived undamaged, however, shipping took a crazy route (California to Indiana to Florida to Puerto Rico to Florida to Indiana to Illinois to Armed Pacific). Probably an accident by shipping company that it went to PR, but took longer to get here than I anticipated.

I’ve noticed a significant difference in my reactions since starting these. I’ve reacted harshly much less often and now I rarely have a physical reaction, or I have a significantly lower physical reaction (heart rate, emotion, attitude, “loud brain”) and for short time. I will definitely keep these up for as long as they work for me! I’m currently a stay at home mom. I have a four year old who is not used to sharing me and my affection. He is having all the trouble in the world not understanding why I can’t be with him all the time or do every thing with/for him all the time because I made another person seven months ago and she is breastfeeding. Overall, this has been a game changer for my mental wellbeing, positively effecting my relationship with my children.
