I ordered the dress end of June and after some time- I still had not received the dress. My tracking said it was still at the post office.. after 4 weeks in there.. I reached out and was responded to in a timely matter and they got my order rolling after a week. It arrived pretty quick after that. No complaints. I would order again from this company.
