10/10 glasses, I recommend them to all of my friends.

took a really long time for my glasses to come. i received someone else’s order when mine were supposed to come and then mine came two weeks later after several back and forth emails. no discount or support for the delay was offered. these really delicate glasses that costed nearly 600 came in a soft case with very little protective packaging. they are trendy to say the least but way too expensive for the lack of quality in the frames itself.

Love this classic design with the unique touch of the gold bead on the temple. Super lightweight and compact. I was afraid that the tint wasn’t going to be strong enough to block extreme sun, but I was wrong! Love, love, love this purchase.

I shopped in-person and the overall experience was great. I took my time trying on all the pairs and ultimately landed on the ‘Baby. ’ Upon checkout, our glasses were packed in a cute handbag that I use on the daily now! I love that they had sustainability in mind.

Good, not the best pair for me but willing to try on other styles. If only there were more stores in the us!

getting the frames right for prescription glasses without being able to try them on in person was really hard. I ordered several pairs without rx lenses to gauge what would work best- but once I got my pair with the rx lenses in them they just didn't look right, it was like the frames were warped from the rx lenses and the fit was all off. Wish it had been easier to try on styles to get the frames right since these were pricey

Poor customer service, they make it impossible for you to return your sunglasses, they never specify refunds. They don’t provide shipping labels to return your product, you have to pay the shipping so I find myself with 500€ spent in ordering 2 sunglasses plus 150€ to send them back from Milan to LA. ABSURD.

LOVE these glasses, I had my eye on them for month and finally bought them for my trip to Portugal, so excited to wear them

i emailed yall ab how my $450 glasses are too big for my face and i heard nothing back. i am too scared to tighten them myself considering i paid so much for them and don’t want to break them.
