This was my first purchase, so it was a sizable one. I ordered during the Christmas- New Year time, so I knew to be patient. What I really appreciated was that the first day back, my order was packed and shipped the same day. Amazing service and when I thought I hadn't received one product they replied very quickly to help. Turned out that we must have somehow got it in the packaging that went over the box when we opened it. Thank you and I will definitely be a regular customer
