I ordered Tribeca after smelling a sample of it when it arrived there were 3 samles. All 3 scents were delicious. However; the customer service was phenomenal one of the samples leaked (Greenwich village) it was the one I was really looking forward to smelling since I thought the scent profile was right up my alley. I contacted customer service hoping they could send out another sample of it and without hesitation they said ok no problem. About a week later I got 3 samples of Greenwich Village and another sample set of men's fragrances. I know this may not seem like a big deal but it was to me, and this is why I'll be a customer for life. Thank you Bond No. 9 I'll be ordering again soon!
