Bombi is a great company and so helpful

Customer service was great to keep us updated with tracking and delays. The biggest downfall was how long it took to get here but worth the wait once it arrived.

Shipping was very slow

I love love love my Bombi stroller. The only thing I wish it has are footrests, my toddler ends up having to put her feet up after a while.

I like the stroller, but the snack tray does not fit properly on the belly bar (latch doesn’t close).

Great snack trays! Easy to install, lightweight, and the cup holder is such a great size!

The cup holder is actually big enough for my daughter's Owala which makes her so happy. These are the perfect addition especially for trips to the zoo or Disney!

Snack tray is great! Snaps on an off easily. The cup holder is large enough to fit all bottle types.

The website was easy to navigate and purchasing was a breeze. Shipping took longer than I expected and the private delivery company seemed a little sketchy.

Bombi’s customer service is top notch. They’re responsive, friendly, and customer centric.

I do like the new stroller, and importantly my 10 month old daughter enjoys it. However I do have few complaints. The first is I wish there was a bit more padding on were her back is, not sure if it’s just mine but it feels like straight wood and was curious about making straps tighter doesn’t seem like I can and also my cup holder broke first time I used it. Overall I like it, it moves smooth through the neighborhood and it’s easy to open and close and fits right behind my drivers seat so travel is simple.
