Received the shoes quickly, but they were too large. Return/exchange was easy and second pair came quickly.

I received them in a timely manner, but due to poor fitting in the heel, I need to return them and have no means of doing that with no address or return slip

This Christmas I ordered Bombas Slippers for all 16 of my grandchildren, ages 3mths to 18yrs. I was able to find sizes and colors for each of them that fit them perfectly. I was worried that the “teens” would not be thrilled with slippers but boy was I wrong. Most of them didn’t want to take them off. The baby gripper slippers stay on so well that two more pairs have been purchased as they are all that she now wears to daycare. They are well made, awesome cushioned insoles and great grippers so non-slip. The best part of my purchase is that there was a mix-up that was my fault and Bombas told me to keep the incorrect pair of slippers and donate them. I could not believe it, especially since I was facilitating a sub for Santa and knew who they could go to. I am incredibly impressed. Thank you Bombas!

I received 2 pairs of the compression socks for Christmas, and ordered a third pair! The lower strength are great for day to day in clinic. I use the higher “sport” compression for OR days where I’m on my feet for 10-12 hours. They are very soft and I love them. The only negative is that after one wear they are fraying at the bottom. No holes (yet) but I’m a little worried how long they will last with regular use and wash.
