The socks arrived somewhat late having taken a scenic tour of Texas. I like the socks, but I'm having trouble getting the right height. the first set Men's Modern Rib Calf Sock 4-Pack, were too high. This set Men's Vintage Stripes Quarter Sock 4-Pack, are a little low. Is the a sock I could order with a height halfway between the two?

The quality has changed A LOT. I order new socks annually to biannually/ for work and everyday use. The compression socks are shorter than they used to be. The merino wool calf socks are also easily an inch or more shorter than they used to be. Also, the quality of the material has changed significantly over the past several years. Super disappointed.
