My snacks came in within the first week. The box and everything was in good condition. The snacks were extremely delicious especially the peach mochi's they sent 100% recommend if you want delicious Japanese snacks

While the website could certainly benefit from some further polishing it was a positive experience on the whole with the suggestions offered based on my items being solid. Between that and the products on offer it would be all too easy for an unwary soul to spend more than is wise.

I LOVE BOKKSU!! I'm sorry to have cancelles my subscription, because it really is a terrific offering, but the exchange rate in my country is pretty bad at the moment. However, being able to access 'stand alone' treats on the website helps, and there are always great deals. Someday I'll definitely be back!!!

I think we have been getting monthly Bokksu boxes for a couple of years now. The snacks are delicious and always varied. I like to gift our boxes (and other Bokksu treats) to our kids and grandkids as they start to travel and as birthday gifts. It’s fun to read about who and where the products are made in Japan and to learn what’s in each set. The few times I’ve had delivery problems, they have been fairly and efficiently resolved. Fast reponse and fast shipping to replace items damaged during shipping. Was a bit of a hassle to send a ton of photos to prove it though

The Sakura Sunset box was nice and it was filled with a variety of snacks that were tasty. The tracking worked when an email the day before it delivered. Overall, it was a I was satisfied with the snacks.
