Why isn’t there a zero choice. Tastes like watery vinegar

Impossible to cancel subscription because the customer login in the portal does not exist! I've also sent and email regarding this with no response!

Slowest company known to man in my past purchases. This time, they only sent part of my order because they sold it without having it in stock. No service recovery efforts made other than a response email saying sorry and wait. This company is a joke. Unprofessional and inept, they probably shouldn't be serving the hospitality community. This will be my last order.

I wish I would have read the surmountable amount of truly negative reviews before I ordered because I never would have. I ordered 3 bottles from this company and only received partial shipment. They never let me know that they were not coming together and then never told me if the other part of the order was even coming! HOWEVER, they charged my card for the full amount on day 1! These guys are just scamming you and falsely charging you for product that never ships which is HIGHLY illegal! I warn you not to trust this company like I did

I ordered a bunch of wines on March 27. I got an email saying my order was on the way and the tracking said expected delivery on March 29. It is now April 9 and I still have not received the order. I’ve tried to get through to customer service using the feedback form and calling. I’ve had no response at all to my emails and calling the 800 number, it’s impossible to get through to a real person. I needed the wines for this coming Saturday. Very frustrating.

More to my review of Boisson Customer Service this morning. . . I have now been offered a refund on the unopened bottle of NA Hollow Leg "Cab". . . Thank you Boisson!!. . .

I purchased two bottles of Hollow Leg 'Cab', undrinkable, so bad!!. . . I was sent a 15% off coupon as a response, not what I expected from Boisson at all. . . I will not be purchasing again. . .

Your products are overpriced and truly horrible. Thanks to someone who pretended to know N/A wines I have 11 bottles of your wine that are good for (maybe) vinegar marinades. Horrible product.

Don't expect a drink resembling wine. You'll be better off buying sour cherry or white grape juice at about 1/10 of the price. I brought a bottle of the red to a friend's dinner party and the universal opinion was "use this for a vinegar marinade. " Complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

Everything is exceptional. I have tried many different wines and a few different spirits. Can’t say I didn’t enjoy them all.

Wish they still had stores…Was an easy walk from my apartment in Brooklyn and great location from my home in the LA area as well.

I love this rose and order it regularly now. It is close to wine for me. Probably the best one I've had of the non-alcoholic wines. Very refreshing also.
