I was so excited to support this business. I bought the beach locs, the goddess locs and one order of the lit color. I was really excited about the lit color - something very different for me. The color was weird the color closest to the scalp was almost a grey/tan color. I decided to give it a try. It was horrible. I took them out and exchanged them for the beach locs. I love the beach locs - the color and size awesome. The lit I will never wear - the color was way off. Not sure if I had a bad batch or was the color not represented very well over the computer. I hope I will enjoy the remaining locs. But for now the lit locs were a waste of money.

I’ve been wearing Boho Locs in my protective style rotation for 5+ years and couldn’t love them more. They’re lightweight, beautiful, unique, and easy to install. This was the first time purchasing this length and color blend, and they’re stunning. A great alternative to 1B/4 (black/brown) while still being one of the more neutral blends.

When I finally was able to speak to someone, Eve supported me. I told her I felt disappointed that I placed an order and received no further update or correspondence. She was so polite, and apologized for the breakdown. She stated that my order hadn’t went out yet because some products I ordered weren’t in stock yet. She then listed my options. I expressed that while that is okay, it would have been nice to know what was going on. She really made me feel safe by acknowledging my feelings and concerns and validating me. She then made it even more amazing by honoring an exchange and giving me even more products because I noticed the price had gone down for the holiday sales. They rushed me my order and I had never seen something so freaking beautiful. No itch in my scalp. Amazing quality. Hair made me look so majestic. It softened my look but also looked so natural! It was clearly made with love and precision! I will purchase from ONLY here for the rest of my life or until my hair falls out hahah! Style me baby!
