When I finally was able to speak to someone, Eve supported me. I told her I felt disappointed that I placed an order and received no further update or correspondence. She was so polite, and apologized for the breakdown. She stated that my order hadn’t went out yet because some products I ordered weren’t in stock yet. She then listed my options. I expressed that while that is okay, it would have been nice to know what was going on. She really made me feel safe by acknowledging my feelings and concerns and validating me. She then made it even more amazing by honoring an exchange and giving me even more products because I noticed the price had gone down for the holiday sales. They rushed me my order and I had never seen something so freaking beautiful. No itch in my scalp. Amazing quality. Hair made me look so majestic. It softened my look but also looked so natural! It was clearly made with love and precision! I will purchase from ONLY here for the rest of my life or until my hair falls out hahah! Style me baby!

I love these locs! Great quality, light weight and looks fabulous!!

I don't like anything about the locs. They look old, dried out, and unraveled. There is no shine and they are not appealing at all! In the pictures below, I reordered the same hair I purchased in 2020. You can see the big difference in the hair. The shiny hair is from 2020, the other picture I just purchased that hair. I even tried putting something on the hair to give it a shine, but it didn't work. I'm devasted and paid too money to have hair like this!
