Needed an antenna delivery commitment due to my plans to run the boat North in the Spring and sent BOE a message about delivery status. Transaction with BOE was painless. Shipped as promised. Have not used yet as I am refitting much of my Chris Craft. I have recently discovered that there have been two software updates released since mu purchase. Simrad made no effort to contact me. BOE might put themselves ahead in customer service if they had a way to stay on top of such things for their customers, at least for the first season. Thank You.
