Hi there, I have made a purchase of several items and notice one is on backorder. I found your site easy to use and got the invoice immediately but need help please. I really need these items for surgery and I think I had something in cart which went to backorder as when I started they were all available. I would much rather you ship what is available and pay another shipping fee to have the late item sent, or pay for an alternative if this is an option please? Shipping was a bit long and the original color I wanted was out of stock, but the garment itself is great.

Purchased neck and head wrap to help reduce lymphoedema from neck surgery. Myself and physio are pleased with results of wearing it. Even managing to sleep with it on Highly recommend this wrap. However to navigate ordering on your website is a nightmare. Thank goodness for the chat room.

I have been using this tape for 2.5 weeks now and have seen a huge difference in my tummy tuck scar, it has really helped to flatten the raided sections. It's got great adhesion, I love that I can shower with it and it doesn't come off. I like the perforations as it helps me to shape it to my scar and I can use smaller sections easily without cutting. I will definitely be ordering more! :)

I have recently had a knee replacement and am using the BodySil Silicone strip on the scar. This treatment has been helping to lower and flatten the scar tissue and reduce bumps from the stitches. I have been using it for three weeks now and am very happy with how good my scar is looking. I usually don’t heal well from scars, so I am very pleased with the results so far and hope this scar will eventually fade and be fairly unnoticeable.
