Very helpful and genuine folks, happy to share their experience with you when shopping for anything related to bodyboarding. I've bought stuff from both their Coolangatta and Mooloolaba stores in person and dealt with their great staff, as well as online. For those, like me, who don't live in QLD, have no fear ordering online. They pack the boards very well and no danger of arriving damaged.

They didn't have the leash in stock and offered to either swap it for another one or ship me the Hubbard when it came in. It arrived so quickly that I wouldn't have known I was even waiting for a new shipment. These guys are onto it in every respect and great to deal with. I get all my BBoard gear from the Inverted crew so get converted too.

Easy to find what I was looking for on the website so it was super easy to order, had some questions in store before ordering online and the man was very helpful and gave me good advice, the website was easy to use - the fins I was looking for were in the store available for pickup pretty quickly.
