I bought a ($$$) bundle because of a testimonial from a person I trust, who had an immediate hair regrowth experience. I'd never heard of Bo Stegall and didn't know the products' ingredients but trusted this person to be honest (and she proved it with closeup video). I had been searching for a good shampoo. Truthfully, I regretted spending so much. But when I used it the first time, I read the ingredients and said Ohh! No wonder! (I've been an essential oil user for 20+ years, so I know their value, so that helped with the sticker shock. ) I have waited weeks to give my review because I wanted to give an honest, non-emotional reaction. Now I can truthfully say that I noticed good things from the very first shampoo--in which I only used shampoo ("step #2" on the bottle) and conditioner ("step #3). At first I missed my sweetly perfumed shampoo, but after it was dry, my hair just smelled clean. It was soft pretty immediately--wich had never the case before, until thoroughly dry and brushed. But even slightly damp, I could feel a "natural" softness (not coated feeling). And later, I smelled it (I have long hair. ), and it had just a pleasant, clean smell. This feeling and smell lasts days without any more shampooing or treatments! (I'm pretty low-maintenance--hence the initial price shock. ) I also have noticed that my hair feels flowy--not flyaway, just light and pleasant to run my fingers through, for days after shampooing. I also just now realized I haven't had my usual itchy, dry scalp! (And I've only used the shampoo & cond. 2 or 3 times so far. ) I haven't had a baldness problem but for a few yrs, I'd noticed much less volume (much more can fit into a ponytail holder, and the hair framing my face has been sparcer). If I experience the growth my friend has, I will update my review. I'm hopeful. So far though, I am super happy with the clean, non-stripped but light feeling of my hair, even several days between uses.
