If you have a hectic life, like many of us do these days, it is really hard to keep to a healthy diet...After a long day at work, the last thing I want to do is spend another age in the kitchen making something healthy. Spending hours on the weekend, doing a heap of weekly food prep, isn't my idea of a fun time either, especially with all the things you need to get done that you couldn't do during the week! B*Nourished to the rescue! Look no further if you want high quality, nutritious and great tasting food. Even better it is a local WA business. Prices are fantastic, given the quality, and even better on subscription. Highly recommended

I was looking for a tasty alternative to my usual pre packed meals. I was prepared to pay more too. I was sorely disappointed. Smaller meals. Taste varied. Sometimes the meat was dry. Limited reheating instructions or sometimes none may have been a factor fo the dryness. On top of this the portions were a lot smaller than my usual. I really wanted to have a tasty alternative but unfortunately it won't be this company.

Loving the meals n convience

My partner and I both work long shifts and the last thing we want to do is cook. This is an awesome alternative for us. We’re able to eat healthy, yummy dinners without the time it takes to cook and clean! We buy 10 meals (5 each) for the weekdays and cook on the weekends. We have been using b/nourished for two and a bit weeks and all but one of those meals have been perfect. Highly recommend giving this a go! An added bonus is we are spending less money on groceries now too

As a coeliac, I love and trust these meals and the company. They are nutritious, tasty and reasonably priced compared to other similar businesses. I've lost weight, feel better and never get bored of the large variety of gluten-free meals that are on the menu. I cannot recommend them enough!

Have been eating these meals for around 12 months now and they are always DELICIOUS and never bland, have a good amount of protein and are great if you want something healthy without needing to think about it or needing to worry if they’re packed with preservatives. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. Will continue to buy these meals.

Great choice of meals. Yummy - most "healthy" food delivery services take out the taste along with the gluten. Not these guys. Good customer service and reasonable pricing.
