Fast shipping, great prices, so-so communication. I received my order faster than originally anticipated, but my email regarding an add-on to my order went unanswered.

This is the second time I have ordered parts from them. This time they reviewed my order and suggested some additional parts which I thought was great. Parts came quickly. The Job was to replace the Serpentine belt and tensioner. Once I had all the parts removed and was ready to reinstall I noticed that they did not send me Serpentine Idler Pulley - BMW (11-28-7-841-228). the second pulley that the belt went around. I suggest that they should have included both both parts.

Part was delivered on time and correct! Ordered it twice before ordering here and got the wrong part both times!
