Got the chocolate bars pretty quickly. They were packaged too well though. Bought them to be more sustainable, but lots of packaging creates lots of waste.

Shipping is fast, and the service is great. The one thing that is sad is that individual products are no longer sold, so if you want something, you have to buy in bulk. It's fine, but I originally would have purchased 3 dark chocolate cacao bean bags and 3 hazelnut ones, but instead, I bought just one of the two kinds.
