Excellent customer service, I appreciated the speedy 2 day delivery and the extra treat inside my package. I have it 4 stars because I live in Phx Arizona and the ice packs were melted and warm by the time it got delivered, I was worried that the cacao pod needed to be refrigerated immediately. But other than that, everything was fantastic! White glove service!

Hi I think it would be better if the "just cacao" water uses 100% cacao juice instead of 30% cacao juice. If we want to dilute the juice, we can dilute it ourselves.

Had an issues with the first order, second order arrived the next day. Great service!
