Took several days to ship maybe 30 miles which might be mostly the PO but it was slow shipping from BSky.

Excellent product! It's helping me in many ways but mostly in my sleep, hot flashes, and mood swings. I'm 39 and started peri-menopause symptoms about a year ago.
