I ordered the Multi-Tasker and couldn't be more pleased! I took the board out for our first ride and everyone was commenting on how beautiful the board was. It has many functional features like the fcs mount and cargo hold built right in. The board arrived very fast and came with fins and a fantastic padded SUP bag. Purchased this board and had it sent all the way to Miami. Package arrived the same day as we were informed. Product was brand spanking new and we immediately opened it to use. Easy to inflate and deflate. Extremely sturdy. super light. my first board so i dont have much to compare it to but hot damn is my new SUP one badass mama jamaa. I'm an main land Oregonian who recently enjoyed a work/play trip to Oahu. I rented SUP gear from Blue Planet Surf. It was perfect from my perspective. To serious paddlers using carbon (light) paddles at home, there is no need to express why you would pay more to rent one on your trip to Hawaii. (Because you can.) For those used to a heavier (plus 20g) paddle at home, there is no better opportunity than being on vacation to try out a high performance paddle for ten bucks per day. (The average price of a vodka and tonic plus tip in Waikiki.) I'm more of a fitness guy than a performance guy, but I still want to use the lightest paddle I can afford. (Both for fun, and injury avoidance.) The Boardworks paddle available was an appropriate rental upgrade. Also, I want to mention that the bell staff at my hotel were fantastic. They securely stashed my rental SUP board between sessions, and showed me Aloha spirit all week. (I tipped the Bell guys $25 on my first day. I'm sure they get bigger tips, but that was all I could afford, and I wanted to show my respect for their service.) I brought the paddle into my room because it was easy, and (mostly) to look cool in the elevator... Thanks, BPS.

Now I really understand what Dave K and many others mean with paddling slower - going faster. Having evidence about my actual speed is a great training tool.

Recently ordered more shirts and mens board shorts that just arrived and love them. The service is outstanding and will continue to shop there on their site for the rest of my life even though I live in Long Island New York. I highly recommend this company and their staff. The paddle trainer is a cool addition to my time out of the water.

Great way to continue to practice in the winter if you live in a cold climate! I'm very eager to try getting on the water now to see how the simulator compares to actually being on the water. I think this is great for anyone who has the paddle technique down really well already otherwise I could see how you could easily pick up bad habits. Blueplanetsurf had great customer service.

About a month after purchasing my new SUP, I went out in 2-3ft clean surf. After getting swallowed by a wave paddling out, the nose of the board clipped my hip and puncturing the left front rail of the board. A six inch hair-line fracture also occurred at the nose. I understand rider error, but the epoxy finish on the rails are ridiculously thin. Our local repair man said, I most likely will have to get multiple repairs in the future due to this manufacturing flaw. I'm aware these boards are manufactured in China, and duds can happen, but for a reputable surf shop with great reviews its unfortunate that you market yourselves selling a quality product. I do not feel the need to post a review to the public to tarnish your reputation. Hopefully you can correct this problem in the near future.
